Job Summary: The Head of Total Rewards will lead the design, development, and execution of the company's total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that our total rewards offerings attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with the company's business objectives, culture, and budget. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation and benefits management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development Lead the creation and execution of a holistic total rewards strategy that is fully aligned with the company's overarching business objectives, talent acquisition, and retention goals. This includes conducting thorough market research and internal assessments to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring that the rewards framework supports organizational growth, employee motivation, and long-term engagement. Continuously review and refine the strategy to adapt to evolving business needs, competitive landscape, and workforce demographics. Compensation Management Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compensation framework that includes competitive base salary structures, performance-based variable pay programs, annual bonus schemes, such as equity or stock options, and other innovative reward mechanisms. Ensure pay equity and fairness by conducting regular market benchmarking, salary surveys, and internal pay equity analyses. Benefits Administration Manage the full spectrum of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings options, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and other employee perks. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness, competitiveness, and cost-efficiency of benefits offerings by analysing utilization data, employee feedback, and market trends. Partner with benefits providers to negotiate favorable terms and introduce new initiatives that promote employee well-being and satisfaction. Compliance & Governance Ensure that all total rewards programs adhere to applicable labour laws, tax regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies. Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails for all compensation and benefits activities. Proactively monitor regulatory changes and update programs accordingly to mitigate compliance risks. Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure governance standards are upheld. Data Analysis & Reporting Leverage advanced data analytics and reporting tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of total rewards initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts. Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including HR business partners, Group HR, external parties to ensure total rewards programs are aligned with organizational priorities and financial constraints. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters, facilitating informed decision-making that balances employee needs with business objectives. Vendor Management Oversee relationships with external consultants, brokers, benefits providers, and technology vendors to secure best-in-class services and solutions. Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance management to optimize cost efficiency, service quality, and innovation in total rewards offerings. Leadership & Team Development Provide strong leadership and direction to the total rewards team, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
