- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners across Chinese-speaking markets.
- Develop and implement regional affiliate strategies tailored to the behaviors and preferences of local iGaming audiences.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop localized offers, banners, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all affiliate activities align with brand standards, responsible marketing practices, and regional compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, and content teams to support market-specific initiatives and player engagement.
- Attend affiliate conferences and networking events (online or offline) to foster industry connections.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Native or fluent in Mandarin; fluency in English is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in affiliate marketing-preferably within online casino, betting, or iGaming.
- Strong understanding of Chinese-speaking markets, including user behavior, traffic sources, and local payment solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing affiliate relationships in Asia.
- Knowledge of regional platforms such as WeChat, Telegram, Line, Xiaohongshu, TikTok/Douyin, and relevant forums.
- Experience using affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access, Everflow).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with crypto payments and digital wallets (e.g., GCash, Alipay, USDT) is a plus.
