- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for BPO roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and networking.
- Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate communication skills, domain knowledge, and job fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with operations and client teams.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) for filling open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain high candidate experience.
- SPM / Diploma / Degree
- 6 months-1year of proven experience in BPO recruitment (voice & non-voice).
- Excellent sourcing skills on job portals and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of BPO hiring trends and candidate market.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools.
- Experience in bulk/mass hiring for BPO roles.
- Knowledge of pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
