- Issue Invoices, Delivery order, Packing lists, Debit Note & Credit Note, etc.
- Handling general administration works.
- Monitoring, assist and handle stock count.
- Filing documents
- Receive calls from customers and arrange delivery schedule with drivers
- Handle cashier duty e.g. collect cash from walk-in customers
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Coordinate between departments
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Required language (s) : Mandarin / Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia , English
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
- Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Familiar with UBS Stock or Autocount is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong
