Job Description
  • Issue Invoices, Delivery order, Packing lists, Debit Note & Credit Note, etc.
  • Handling general administration works.
  • Monitoring, assist and handle stock count.
  • Filing documents
  • Receive calls from customers and arrange delivery schedule with drivers
  • Handle cashier duty e.g. collect cash from walk-in customers
  • To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
  • Coordinate between departments
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Required language (s) : Mandarin / Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia , English
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
  • Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Familiar with UBS Stock or Autocount is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong
  • Full time position(s) available.
