Department: Research & Consultancy
Location: MVS North Tower, Mid Valley Southkey, Johor BahruRole OverviewResponsible for delivering market research, feasibility studies, and consultancy reports for real estate projects and investments in Johor and the Southern Region. This role involves data analysis, client engagement, and report preparation to support strategic property decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Analysis

Collect, analyze, and interpret property market data, economic indicators, and development trends
Conduct market feasibility studies and highest-and-best-use analyses for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
Monitor real estate transactions, supply pipelines, and pricing benchmarks in Johor and surrounding areas

Consultancy & Reporting

Prepare high-quality reports and presentations tailored to client needs
Deliver findings and recommendations in a clear, data-driven, and actionable format
Support clients with strategic insights on investment, development, and planning decisions

Client Engagement

Participate in client briefings, presentations, and meetings
Assist in preparing proposals and consultancy scopes
Build strong client relationships through timely delivery and quality output

Internal Collaboration & Support

Collaborate with other Knight Frank service lines to provide integrated solutions
Support national research publications with regional insights from Southern Malaysia
Maintain and update internal databases and market intelligence tools

RequirementsExperience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, or related field
3–6 years of relevant experience in property research, consultancy, or market analysis
Experience in Johor real estate market preferred

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and research skills
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, project management, and client servicing

Personal Attributes

Proactive and resourceful
Professional, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Passionate about real estate and regional market development
