- Preparing, managing and developing sales performance tracking report for sales force
- Publish, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports for different business segments, Business stakeholders for effective decision making
- Designing, propose and monitor scorecards for regions, teams and individual sales officers
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to provide insightful MIS for country segment and product heads to facilitate and effective decision making
- Generate reports and dashboards to present complex data in easy-to-understand format in order to provide insights into sales performance
- Liaising with Financial Controlling Team for monthly reporting
- Reviewing and managing data/information needs by internal and external parties
- Participating in and supporting ad-hoc initiatives and projects relating to sales performance and productivity planning
- Preparing Power-Point presentations for Business Reviews
- Relevant depth of experience in the SME segment
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Business Banking products and services
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 2 years sales management experiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
- Microsoft Office proficiency i.e. Excel dashboard, Vlookup, Macros and Powerpoint is required, with ability to translate data sets into end user report and presentation
- Proficiency in SAS knowledge is preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI would be an added advantage
