We will count on you to:
  • Responds to incidents within SLA
  • communicates and follows up with colleagues on all incidents and requests.
  • Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support groups.
  • Uses corporate incident management system to record and track
  • Provide technical applications support across a range of technologies including but not limited to Java, Kubernetes, Mongo DB
  • Take ownership of end user incidents providing effective communication and resolution
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience in supporting full stack applications
  • Excellent technical trouble-shooter
  • Must have debugged large applications from full stack perspective
  • Database knowledge writing complex SQL queries in any RDBMS tool (Oracle or anything similar)
  • Expertise in supporting applications based on JSP and Servlet, Apache Struts framework, Java, Springboot, .NET, REST Api’s, Angular
  • Experience supporting Containerized applications
