- communicates and follows up with colleagues on all incidents and requests.
- Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support groups.
- Uses corporate incident management system to record and track
- Provide technical applications support across a range of technologies including but not limited to Java, Kubernetes, Mongo DB
- Take ownership of end user incidents providing effective communication and resolution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience in supporting full stack applications
- Excellent technical trouble-shooter
- Must have debugged large applications from full stack perspective
- Database knowledge writing complex SQL queries in any RDBMS tool (Oracle or anything similar)
- Expertise in supporting applications based on JSP and Servlet, Apache Struts framework, Java, Springboot, .NET, REST Api’s, Angular
- Experience supporting Containerized applications
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work with Technical and Non-Technical personnel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible with working hours, to react to situations within the App Support environment
- Being team oriented
