We will count on you to:

Responds to incidents within SLA
communicates and follows up with colleagues on all incidents and requests.
Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support groups.
Uses corporate incident management system to record and track
Provide technical applications support across a range of technologies including but not limited to Java, Kubernetes, Mongo DB
Take ownership of end user incidents providing effective communication and resolution

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience in supporting full stack applications
Excellent technical trouble-shooter
Must have debugged large applications from full stack perspective
Database knowledge writing complex SQL queries in any RDBMS tool (Oracle or anything similar)
Expertise in supporting applications based on JSP and Servlet, Apache Struts framework, Java, Springboot, .NET, REST Api’s, Angular
Experience supporting Containerized applications
