• Design innovative marketing strategies and providing strategic besides creating a well-defined position in the market place and the overall management of marketing functions.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy as well as monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
• Establish strong branding and positioning of products through advertising & promotion efforts.
• Develop and manage marketing & sales budget and oversee the development and management of internal operating budget.
• Provide overall direction for sales promotional / packaging and review in accordance to market sentiment, buyers’ response and take-up rate.
• Lead a team of sales & marketing professional to achieve the business objectives / sales targets and improve profitability.
• Ensure high effectiveness and efficiency among internal sales, marketing as well as sales administration team.
• Assisting in ad hoc assignments as and when requested by Management.
