Job SummaryAs a Functional Analyst in the Commercial Trade Promotion Planning (TPM) team, you will be responsible for supporting our commercial TPM application and ensuring its smooth operation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including our IT team, to identify, analyse, implement, and drive improvements.General Responsibilities
  • Share IT best practice within DKSH.
  • Provide support and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Provide support for the commercial TPM Application, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user support to ensure smooth application usage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans. Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the application meets business needs.
  • Assist with the integration of the TPM Application with other systems, such as SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and drive process, user experience, and automation enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize performance.
  • Assist in the rollout of new features and updates to the application.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
  • Provide end-user training and support as needed.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on commercial trade promotions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial business processes, especially within trade promotions.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate or similar automation tools, with experience in workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Proficient in SQL for effective data extraction and processing
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of success in documenting client requirements and managing project deliverables.
