Job Responsibility Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and supplier. Sourcing and purchase items required in tender, monitor project costing and sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors for successful completion of Projects. Monitoring projects progress claims, variation order, omission works and meet the projects handover date Pre-tendering process includes tender evaluation, calculation of quantities, checking the materials needed, price comparison, submission of tender and tender interview (if required). Work closely with site team Knowledge in preparing cost proposals for new projects Knowledge in prepare quotation and prepare tender documents are an added advantage Knowledge in landscapes works is an added value Knowledge in handling site paper works (PQP, Safety, etc) Job Requirements Preferably candidate who works with Builders / Main Contractors previously and familiarize with construction contracts Minimum of 2 years experience in QS with construction firm Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application Possess good interpersonal communications skills, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
