Job Description: EPS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager - Leasing & Marketing on behalf of our esteemed client. In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of mall properties, driving leasing activities, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the General Manager, Leasing & Marketing, to ensure the smooth functioning of our client's malls, maintain strong tenant relationships, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: . Pre-opening planning and team setup for new mall developments . Maximizing profit and efficiency of leasing operations . Managing all aspects of mall management including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and operational functions . Developing and executing leasing plans to attract new tenants and maximize income . Maintaining tenant relationships and understanding their expansion needs . Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase footfall and revenue . Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations . Overseeing maintenance schedules and quality control . Resolving tenant complaints and demands promptly and professionally Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management, Property Management, or relevant field . Minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail asset management with a strong focus on leasing . Proven track record in mall management and leasing . Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia . Strong leadership abilities and business acumen . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
