Senior Project Manager

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical projects (LV/MV/ELV), from planning and execution to completion and final handover.

• Supervise electrical site activities and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to specifications and compliance with safety regulations.

• Liaise with consultants, clients, regulatory authorities (e.g., TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga), and subcontractors to manage all technical and project-related issues.

• Track and manage project timelines, budgets, manpower allocation, and material delivery to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.

• Evaluate technical submission including shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Ensure effective site supervision, adherence to testing and commissioning protocols, and implementation of quality assurance procedures.

• Address site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

• Prepare regular updates on project progress and attend coordination meetings for effective communication and planning.

• Guide and support project teams to ensure on-time and successful project delivery.

• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by Head of Department or Top Management when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of proven experience in managing electrical construction projects involving LV, MV, and ELV systems.

• Proven strengths in project coordination, leadership, and effective problem-solving.

• Well-versed in Malaysian electrical codes and regulatory authority requirements.

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
