Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to Sangfor products, ensuring effective resolution. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, partners, and internal colleagues to foster strong relationships. Oversee the lifecycle of product issues from identification to resolution, including tracking, documentation, and timely follow-up. Enhance technical skills through hands-on simulation and practice within a virtualized lab environment, staying ahead of technology trends. Requirements: Proficient understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols. Solid grasp of security practices is essential. Exceptional communication and writing abilities in both English and Chinese. A customer-oriented approach, with a positive and communicative demeanor. Experience or familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) for private and public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable. A background in application systems (e.g., databases, ERP, CRM) storage technologies, or experience with Unix/Windows environments will be advantageous.
