About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on senior leader to drive Maha's digital transformation. This role involves architecting our enterprise infrastructure, leading AI initiatives, optimizing supply chain and e-commerce platforms, overseeing ERP implementations-including Odoo-and enhancing customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in both strategic planning and the day-to-day execution of complex digital projects. ???? What You'll Be Doing: Enterprise Architecture & Strategic Execution: Architect and implement scalable, secure digital infrastructure supporting all business functions. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with corporate growth and innovation goals. Hands-on involvement in designing solution architectures that facilitate seamless integration and agility. ERP System Ownership (Odoo): Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Maha's Odoo ERP. Play an active role in customizing and configuring Odoo to meet evolving business needs. Troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate on the system architecture to ensure it scales with the business. AI & Digital Innovation Leadership: Lead the integration of AI and machine learning to automate processes, enhance analytics, and create predictive insights. Actively participate in identifying automation opportunities and developing intelligent systems. Supply Chain & E-commerce Transformation: Drive digital enhancements in supply chain systems to improve data visibility, responsiveness, and efficiency. Oversee the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are deeply integrated with backend systems. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Lead the strategic design and implementation of CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and service quality. Ensure CRM solutions are fully integrated with other digital platforms to provide a unified view of customer interactions. Actively configure, customize, and troubleshoot CRM tools, aligning them with broader business strategies. Hands-on Project Management & Leadership: Actively lead multiple digital projects, applying Agile methodologies for rapid delivery and continuous improvement. Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, guiding technical decisions and ensuring project success. Systems Integration & Data Governance: Design and oversee system integrations ensuring data consistency, security, and accessibility. Implement data governance standards and best practices for enterprise-wide data management. Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP solution, ensuring successful deployment, and meeting project timelines and objectives. ???? What We're Looking For: 8+ years of proven experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, AI, CRM, and software implementation, especially with hands-on technical leadership . Extensive experience with Odoo ERP -including implementation, customization, and system architecture design-is a must . Proven track record in designing and managing CRM systems that improve customer interactions and business insights. Strong technical expertise with a history of actively coding, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise systems. Experience in supply chain optimization, e-commerce development, and intelligent automation. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and lead teams effectively. Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in architecture frameworks or enterprise solutions are a plus. ????
