Our Finance Team helps a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Partner with the best The role will provide detailed finance support to the Engineering department and providing financial analysis as required by the Engineering and S&T teams. As a Lead Finance Specialist - Engineering & Technology, you will be responsible for: Analysing detailed ledge of functional cost allocations across multiple legal entities. Managing and co-ordinating timely and accurate intercompany transactions with global accounting centre through monthly and quarterly close cycles. Tracking and identifying transactions that drive a variance to forecast and address with the wider engineering finance team as well as engineering management. Supporting planning and finance teams with weekly rhythm to clear hours that are stuck in the P6-Oracle interface. Identifying process simplification opportunities and work within team to implement these on ongoing basis. Involving in close management of P6-Oracle interface ensuring any hours not interfaced are accrued at each quarter end. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Finacial planning & Analysis Have good oral and written communication skills. Have good interpersonal and leadership skills. Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and attention to detail. Have effective problem identification and solution skills. Be responsive and resilient to support evolving business demands in a dynamic operating environment.
