Job Description Responsibilities· Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance to project requirements.· Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by clients/consultants.· Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time.· Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process.· Responsible to match drawing and measurements to actual installation at project site· Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements.· Provision of accurate cut list for purchase of materials and to inspect purchases material delivered to project site.· Responsible for timely submission of weekly progress report· To work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project.· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.Requirements:· AutoCAD and 3D knowledge and well versed is a Must.
Prefer with hands on experience, drawing & preparation for quotation.
· Sketch-Up knowledge and well versed will be an advantage.· Knowledge in other designing software will be an advantage.· Preferable to have 1-2 years in drafting experience with strong analytical skill.· Bilingual Preferred· Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline.· Meticulous with attention to details· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.· Result driven with a can-do attitude.· Meticulous, initiative, open minded, thinking improvement & solutions, self decipline and organized.
