Procurement Operation: Purchase & Delivery

Raise PR/PO to game pin vendors to replenish inventory.
Follow up with Games Pin vendors for the delivery of stock.
Lead time management .
Follow up payment with Finance to avoid the delay of pin delivery.
Vendors management: manage and feedback on vendor's performance in terms of service and product quality.
Raise PO all regions.

2. Inventory Management:

Weekly forecast for Game Pins.
Review and monitor stock level to avoid out of stock issues/ over stock issues.
3rd party pins stock control.
Inventory reconciliation for Razer Gold.

3. System maintenance: Mlogin/ SAP (if necessary- for Zest Thai is by Finance)

Create and maintain RG's Product ID (PID) for all region.
New products creation: Setup new project / Game promotion and new price rate or new commission scheme setting in Mlogin.

4. Document / Reporting administration

To ensure complete document for all procurement transaction is duly executed.
To ensure all hardcopy and softcopy of procurement documents properly file/ kept/ archive.
Able to retrieve necessary document for audit, vendor payment for cross checking purpose.
Preparing procurement’s daily/ weekly / month report as required from time to time.
