- A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated leadership alongside senior management in identifying and addressing the challenges faced by the telecommunications sector through strategic solutions.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in program and project management, showcasing skills in both business analysis and project execution.
- Significant experience in the telecommunications industry, including successful identification and development of commercial opportunities with partners.
- Familiarity with how technology enhances customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability within the telecommunications sector.
- Knowledge of telecom network technologies and a comprehensive understanding of operations throughout the industry's value chain.
- Experience in product development related to CRM and Billing, accounting for both business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of Operational Support Systems (OSS), data protection principles, and data architecture including Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
- Experience in business architecture, translating business needs into service areas to support technical design.
- Skills in Management Information and Reporting Analysis, preferably across Finance, Marketing, Customer Investment and Retention, and Operations.
- Significant involvement in major, strategic, and complex program initiatives aimed at driving business transformation across multiple organizations.
- Extensive experience with Request for Proposals (RFPs), from developing capability needs to coordinating with suppliers.
- Proficient in process development for current and future states to support requirement gathering, solution definition, and project scoping.
- Exceptional quantitative skills for identifying critical business issues and developing solutions.
- Expertise in system and API evaluation, including current system reviews, system design, and application assessments within the RFP process.
