- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or any related field
- At least 2 years in Mechanical and Electrical coordination working experience for construction projects with strong emphasis in electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Environmental Quality Act (EQA) and compliance with environmental regulations in construction
- Hands-on experience dealing with local authorities (PBT) especially TNB, AKSB ad Telekom for submission and inspections
- Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical works between consultants, contractors, subcontractors and the project team.
- Review Mechanical and Electrical drawings, specification and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent.
- Monitor site progress and ensure that all Mechanical and Electrical works are carried out according to project schedule.
- Conduct inspections and verify that installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities for approvals, inspections and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Mechanical and Electrical works in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements at all times.
- Provide technical support and advice to the project team as required.
- To adhere the organization's Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policy
- To undertake other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior and/or the Management.
