Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. Cost Optimization Analyze and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs while maintaining or improving quality. Identify opportunities for cost savings, bulk purchasing, and vendor consolidation. Quality Assurance Ensure that all brand-related materials and services meet the company's quality standards and brand guidelines. Conduct quality inspections and audits as necessary. Brand Compliance Ensure that all sourced materials and services align with the company's brand identity and guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain brand consistency. Market Research Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to branding and marketing materials. Research and recommend new suppliers, products, and technologies to enhance the brand. Budget Management Assist in the development and management of the brand procurement budget. Monitor and report on budget performance and cost control. Job Requirements Responsible for overseeing the procurement of beauty products, cosmetics, skincare items, and related materials to maintain the quality and integrity of Beauty brand. Sourcing, Contract negotiation, and streamlining procurement processes to ensure the brand's standards are upheld while optimizing costs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Fresh Grads are welcome Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a branding or marketing context. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of brand management principles and design aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain management software. Familiarity with beauty branding guidelines and marketing materials.
