Job Responsibility Procurement Operations Manage end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to purchase order (P2P). Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to obtain the best terms on price, quality, and delivery. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and client requirements. Vendor Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and service quality. Assist in resolving vendor disputes, payment issues, or delivery delays. Cost & Contract Management Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities. Review contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms. Support global procurement team in standardizing and optimizing purchasing processes. Job Requirements Educational & Experience Requirement Bachelor s degree or higher with at least 1 years of procurement experience. Language Proficiency Strong English skills at CEFR B1/B2 level or higher, with proficiency in reading, writing (business level), listening, and speaking for daily communication.
