- Leads the identification, negotiation, securing, execution, and management of strategic marketing partnerships in Malaysia, with opportunities to expand the scope to Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
- Identify and secure new business and revenue opportunities through industry partnerships.
- Must be comfortable being managed virtually, including regular collaboration through digital communication tools.
- Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional internal marketing teams (including Onsite, Social Media, CRM, and Design) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, Legal and Customer Service to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Analyse performance of ongoing and past marketing campaigns to provide insight into how campaigns can be improved to meet business objectives.
- Identify, secure and manage out-of-the-box partnership opportunities with existing corporate and lifestyle partners.
- Identify and secure opportunities to grow ZALORA’s innovative marketing solutions, gift card program and ZVIP.
- Active involvement in the management of other strategic initiatives (e.g. tech developments, payment channels etc.) to expand partnership opportunities and drive additional leads to ZALORA.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a related field. E-commerce and sales experience is a plus
- Good project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High level of initiative with a good ability to perform under time pressure/tight deadlines
- Analytical thinker with good numeracy skills
- Ability to plan and execute cross-market campaigns
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Cantonese (written and spoken).
- Minimally a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
