
Head of E-Commmerce

- Lead, structure, and grow a cross-functional team (content, performance marketing, CRM, analytics, operations, customer service)
- Own P&L for the e-commerce business and drive revenue growth across owned and third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Oversee execution and optimization of campaigns, funnels, and user journeys across all digital touchpoints
- Identify and implement the best e-commerce tools, platforms, and processes in line with global best practices
- Define country-level strategies and coordinate with regional teams for localized execution
- Collaborate with product, marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless digital launches
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for all e-commerce activities
- Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activity, and technology shifts
- 8–12 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role across multiple markets
- Proven success scaling D2C and marketplace sales (ideally in fashion, footwear, sports, or lifestyle categories)
- Strong understanding of Shopify (or equivalent), digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketplace integrations
- Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent commercial instincts and analytical skills
- Leadership experience building and mentoring high-performing teams (ideally 10+ people)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
