We are looking for a motivated System Engineer Intern to join BigPay’s Sysadmin team. This team is responsible for managing and supporting the technology that end-users interact with daily, including hardware, software, and related services. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, user support, system administration, and project work, while being guided by experienced team members.This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world IT environments, allowing you to take ownership of meaningful projects, build technical expertise, and develop transferable skills for your career.About the job
1. Learn and assist in managing end-user computing environments, including hardware, software, and access management.2. Support day-to-day IT operations such as:Laptop and user provisioning.Password resets, privilege changes, and user access requests.Monitoring and managing the Sysadmin Service Request queue via Jira.3. Shadow senior engineers to gain hands-on experience in incident handling and troubleshooting.4. Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities (user provisioning and exit access revocation).5. Assist with BAU (Business-as-Usual) activities and technical support tasks.6.
