- Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Translate market insights into actionable marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and measure the success of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, CRM and traditional marketing methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as product development, commercial, and customer service) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand sales funnels, and identify commercial opportunities.
- Excellent planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
