- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to understand project goals and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality and design standards.
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials, furnishings, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and address any on-site challenges.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Site Supervisor in the interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
