- A Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
- Within 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines and CNC cutting processes is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates that can read & speak Chinese is an added advantage.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities in the Sewing, CNC cutting and Warehouse section.
- Update ERP system on daily basis for incoming material, production output & material utilization.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Align daily output with production targets and customer deadlines.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Train, guide, and evaluate staff across warehouse, cutting, and sewing departments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices, safety protocols, and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of sewing machines and CNC cutting machines.
