Senior Finance Manager (Manufacturing)(Sepang)

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Consolidate financial statements for subsidiaries or divisions.
• Liaise with external auditors during the audit process.

• Develop and manage the company's annual budget and rolling forecast.
• Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast.
• Prepare budget justifications and presentations for senior management.

• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.

• Partner with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and investments.
• Support the development and implementation of long-term financial plans.

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems for the finance department.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior finance role
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
