- Create high-quality character models under supervision
- Sculpt high-poly character models, retopologize for in-game use, and texture using PBR principles
- Integrate characters into the engine and ensure they function as intended
- Collaborate with other artists and support the team where needed
- Take initiative to continuously improve and expand your technical and artistic skillset
- Solid understanding of human anatomy and form
- Ability to sculpt detailed organic models
- Proficient in ZBrush
- Basic knowledge of retopology for game-ready assets
- Foundational understanding of the texturing process using Substance Painter
- Eagerness to learn and apply feedback in a production environment
- Experience with Marvelous Designer
- Experience with card-based hair modeling
- Basic understanding of shaders and material setup in real-time engines (e.g. Unreal or proprietary engines)
- Awareness of rigging and skinning workflows and how they impact topology and deformation
- Familiarity with game engines and asset integration pipelines
- Knowledge of baking workflows and texture optimization
- Interest in character design, costuming, or storytelling through visual design
