- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the company goals.
- Lead full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and industry-specific safety and employment regulations.
- Partner with departmental heads to assess staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee HR reporting, budgeting, and headcount planning.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or heavy industries.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
