About The Job Maintain accurate transaction records as per accounting standards. Ensure statutory compliance and timely financial reporting. Prepare precise monthly group financial reports and perform group consolidation for all entities. Supervise Billing and Credit for prompt billing and collection. Monitor supplier payments and manage cash and banking activities efficiently. Handle budgeting and forecasting. Coordinate with auditors for proper accounting practices. Implement and enhance accounting systems. Manage local tax reporting for compliance. Oversee corporate documentation in line with local laws. Provide team coaching and career development. Adhere to company policies consistently. Undertake additional duties as required. Requirements University degree and professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting. ACCA/MIA/CPA qualifications preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance/Accounting including at least 3 years in people management skills. Positive attitude, passion for hard work and growth, multitasking ability, team leader and at the same time a team player.
