Department : CENTRAL KITCHEN OPERATIONS Regulatory Compliance & Reporting - OSHA, HALAL, and Central Kitchen Prepare, compile, and submit reports related to OSHA, HALAL certification, and general kitchen operations. Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and HALAL compliance procedures across the team. Maintain accurate records of internal inspections and support the implementation of corrective actions when necessary. Act as the liaison with HALAL certification bodies and regulatory agencies, ensuring proper documentation is always up to date. Inventory & Stock Management - Inbound and Outbound Oversee the movement of raw materials and finished goods using inventory management systems. Reconcile incoming and outgoing stock, checking for discrepancies, damaged items, or expired goods. Keep stock levels accurate and current; generate and submit monthly inventory reports. Logistics, Warehouse Coordination & Stock Events Manage stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for warehouse and equipment events. Update inventory systems with accurate data on finished goods. Perform regular stock audits to ensure alignment between physical and system records. Internal Audit & Financial Administration Assist with financial documentation, data entry, and preparation of audit-ready records. Maintain an organized filing system for administrative and operational documentation. Provide timely and accurate support during internal audits. HALAL Audit Support & Documentation Prepare all required documentation to support HALAL certification and ongoing compliance. Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current and followed. Address non-compliance issues promptly by implementing and tracking corrective actions. Invoicing & Outlet Billing Create, verify, and process invoices for outlet deliveries and transactions. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all billing activities. Payroll & Attendance Support Collect and validate attendance records, timesheets, and overtime forms from operations staff. Submit accurate data for payroll processing and assist with payroll-related inquiries. Online Grocery Platform Support Monitor and maintain stock levels for products listed on online grocery platforms. Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment. Keep precise records of stock movement and order history. Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food & Beverages, Hospitality, Management, or related field Experience in operations or administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent verbal and written skills SALARY RANGE RM2800 to RM3500 PER MONTH Show more Show less
