Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Application Engineer for our core industrial automation products(PLC, robot Inverter, Servo), located in Puchong with some work-from-home opportunities. The Field Application Engineer will provide technical support to our core products, handle field applications and provide solution to customers and provide product trainings to customer. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert solutions to enhance client production efficiency. Qualifications Field Applications and Technical Support skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Min 2 years' experience in related field is required for this position. Able to do PLC ladder programming. Knowledge in motion control products (Inverter, servo, PLC, Robot) will be an added advantage.
