Assist in supporting the Company's e-commerce platforms' growth both locally and globally. Ensure all e-commerce platforms are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, inventory replenishments, etc. Upload and manage product descriptions of the brand products and manage stocks on the platform, ensuring all aspects of platform contents and information are accurately updated. Coordinate with customer service team and warehouse team to ensure smooth operation of the overall platform. Working with tight schedules/deadlines while managing campaigns, implementing solutions, monitoring sales and inventories, and provide reporting to all e-Commerce channels/platforms. Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions. Able to perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the Supervisor/Management. Present great experience in customer service, e-commerce platforms, and operations of major e-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, PGMall, etc. Proficient in computer skills such as MS Office- MS Word and MS Excel. Highly self-motivated, good attention to detail, problem solver, sales-oriented, committed to learning on the job, and passionate about e-Commerce field of career. , Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, e-Commerce or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. At least 4-7 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
