Responsibilities About The Team: The Human Resource Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end visa applications across global scope, ensuring timely processing and compliance - Advise employees and internal teams on visa requirements and procedures - Liaise with vendors, HR, and business stakeholders to resolve case issues efficiently - Maintain up-to-date visa documentation, SOPs, and training materials - Track key data and prepare regular reports to support business decision-making. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in immigration, HR operations, global mobility, or any related field - Strong project management and coordination skills, able to meet tight timelines and manage stakeholders effectively - Resourceful and results-driven, with the ability to provide concrete solutions to visa application blockers - Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in spreadsheets and workflow systems - Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with external Chinese visa vendors and review policy documentation in Mandarin effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of visa and compliance requirements across multiple countries - Strong communicator and team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
