
Accounts cum Admin Executive

- Prepare and process notes of charges, invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, and other payments as instructed
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients or vendors
- Assist in monthly accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Provide support to external auditors and tax agents by preparing necessary documentation
- Liaise with the Company Secretary on statutory and compliance matters
- Manage and maintain office filing systems and company records in an organized manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare documents, letters, and provide general office support
- Record and update data related to valuation works, client information, and other relevant records as assigned
- Maintain and update employee information, employment contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including interview scheduling, onboarding, and staff orientation
- Prepare payroll-related data and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Support staff leave management, HR policy implementation, and assist in any HR-related tasks as required
- Perform any other accounting, administrative, or HR tasks as directed by the management.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and HR administration;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (Auto Count);
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin;
- Good attitude;
- Meticulous, responsible, able to execute instruction, able to handle confidential information with integrity, honours and good inter-personal skill.
