Accounts Executive

• Maintenance of Accounting System incorporation Debtor, Creditor, Stock and General ledger System.
• Responsible for tax accounting records and tax codes treatment in Accounting System.
• Monthly e-filing Tax Return and tax payment to Royal Malaysian Custom.
• Verification of integrity of sales quantity, selling price and tax data updated in Debtor, Stock and General Ledger System.
• Issuance of debit and credit notes for inter-company billing.
• Issuance of tax invoices and co-ordination of customers collections in respect of scrap sales.
• Matching of supplier's delivery orders with corresponding purchased invoices received.
• Postings of purchase invoices, debit and credit from suppliers into the Creditor System and ensuring relevant General Ledger codes are accurately captured.
• Carry out monthly reconciliations with suppliers and banker's statements of accounts.
• Maintenance of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Updating of journals, petty cash and non-trade payment vouchers into the General ledger System.
• Verfication of monthly sales invoice listing and debtors aging
• Preparation of monthly Products Manufactured Report.
• Monthly closing of accounts and generation of Profit& Loss and Balance Sheet Statements.
• Assist in quarterly and yearly audit carried out by external auditors.
