Job Description: External Partners Relationship Management: Handles external partners selection, onboarding, and ongoing management. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with external partners. Ensure that external partners consistently meet or exceed established SLAs and KPIs. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of external partners Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement collaborate with external partners to implement corrective actions. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to maintain high service quality. Cost Management: Work closely with the finance department to manage and optimize budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, process optimization, and external partners consolidation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency while maintaining service levels. Contract and Agreement Management: Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and draft contracts and agreements with external partners. Ensure that all contracts are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies. Monitor contract compliance and resolve any contractual disputes as needed. Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of strategies. Provide input on long-term optimization, capacity planning, and risk management. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of external partners, fostering their growth and skill development. Ensure that team members are aligned with company goals and objectives. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including procurement, operations, and transportation, to align activities with broader business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Candidates with at least 4-8 years of working experience in partnership or key account management Ability to converse in Mandarin is required Project management experience is an added advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to deal cross-functional. Energetic, action-oriented, positive approach to problem solving with analytical skill, has passion in the eCommerce industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
