Job Description Provide professional and timely support to clients via live chat, email, and social media platforms. Assist clients with inquiries related to account opening, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), deposits & withdrawals, promotions, and general account management. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions. Proactively assist clients by providing educational guidance on trading tools and platforms. Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and report client feedback to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations at all times. Work as part of a 24/5 rotation shift, including night shift as required by the schedule. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience in the FX & CFDs industry. Experience handling live chats, emails, and social media inquiries. Good understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and basic FX & CFDs terminology. Willing and able to work on a rotation shift (24/5) schedule, including night shifts when required. Fluency in English, Chinese and/or native languages such as Vietnam, Thai or Hindi (written and spoken). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
