As a Senior Pricing and Merchandising Executive, you will play a leading role in managing and optimizing the pricing and merchandising of Apparel and/or Non-Apparel categories, driving growth for leading brands such as Adidas, Under Armour, and Calvin Klein across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Indonesia. You will consolidate strategies, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of pricing and campaign actions, and take ownership of advanced projects and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business fundamentals, logic, and category dynamics.
- Oversee the strategic alignment and implementation of pricing and campaign initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination and seamless execution..
- Ensure operational excellence by executing and monitoring pricing and campaign deliverables accurately and on time.
- Monitor and analyze category and brand performance, identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and developing targeted action plans.
- Oversee inventory risk management to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Design and implement pricing and campaign strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and sell-through, providing data-driven insights and recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Own the P&L for assigned categories and brands, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business targets.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of pricing and campaign initiatives, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
- Lead and participate in key projects to optimize business performance, advance process improvements, and set best practice standards.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective project communication and coordination.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven ability to deliver operational excellence and accuracy, ensuring all deliverables are executed efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing logic, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners.
