We're looking for a dynamic Business Development professional based in Selangor to lead new customer acquisition and segment expansion in the industrial protective packaging space. This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic sales across semiconductor, datacom, EV battery, and healthcare industries.
  • Hunt and win new business across emerging sectors (semiconductor, EV, cloud, healthcare).
  • Drive strategic expansion through total solution-based selling.
  • Lead ESG, CRM, ERP, and debt-reduction initiatives within the business development team.
  • Partner with regional/global teams to implement growth strategies and deliver large projects.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coach junior team members and lead regional pipeline development.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to evaluate progress and outcomes.
Lead sales growth for global packaging leader in emerging tech industriesWork with cutting-edge customers in EV, semicon, datacom & healthcare sectorsA successful Business Development Manager should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial protective packaging (must-have)
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution, leadership, and customer-hunting skills
  • Familiar with packaging materials like foam, corrugated paper, wood; plastics thermoforming is a plus
  • Excellent communication, planning, and presentation abilities; bilingual preferred (EN/CN)
