Role Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Product Owner to join our team! This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in product management. You'll work closely with product managers, product owners, designers, developers, and other teams to support the planning and delivery of innovative digital products. No prior domain experience is required - just a strong willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills. What You Will Be Doing Assist in gathering, refining, and documenting product requirements from stakeholders. Help manage the product backlog, track tasks, and support prioritization of features based on business and user needs. Participate in daily standups, sprint planning and review meetings to support Agile product development processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, data, and business units to ensure smooth project delivery. Support the preparation of product documentation such as user stories, feature descriptions and release notes. Learn to analyze user feedback, market trends, and product performance to suggest improvements or new ideas. Shadow senior product owners and participate in training programs to develop your product management skills. What We Are Looking For Recent graduate in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong interest in product management, technology, and digital innovation. Basic understanding of data, analytics, or technical concepts (experience with SQL or AI tools is a bonus, but not required) Good problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn how products are built and delivered. Comfortable communicating clearly and working collaboratively in a team environment. Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours.
