The incumbent will be responsible for leading the complete spectrum of Industrial Sales & Sales Management for customers in (Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia). We would like to see expansion in sales and opportunities in these countries, expecting this position to drive significant sales growth in these markets, specifically focused in PET strap, steel strap, tools, equipment, airbags, parts & services. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Develop market in the assigned territory and be willing to travel extensively throughout the specified territory Expand sales, build healthy pipelines surrounding our products like PET strap, steel strap, tools, airbags, parts, and services in a competitive landscape by embracing value, solution selling Develop Key Account Customers in assigned territory Keep track of competitors strategy and realign product strategy in market Initiate research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities Forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace Accountable for thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives Collaborate closely with sales team, service and manufacturing team in nearby countries Qualification & Certification (if applicable): Bachelor&aposs degree Engineering, master's degree would be an advantage. Having relevant Mechanical engineer or Technical Background Experience: 5-10 years of experience on Industrial sales & sales management. Preferably from Packaging industry, having customer based on Metal, Automotive, FMCG, F&B industry, Logistics Communication &Language Proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with others Core Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role Hunter mindset& well versed in selling premium products. Demonstrate the knowledge and experience in value and solution selling Highly advantageous if have experience in transit packaging, or has worked with competitors Having experience on managing a small sales team, distributor/agent would be an advantage Entrepreneurial mindset.
