Responsibilities: To establish plant wide Quality System and coordinating daily quality activities. To be responsible for ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 certification and effective implementation of thesequality system. To establish and maintain plant wide process certification system. To liaise with internal / external customers on continuous quality improvement programs, customercomplaint and etc. To ensure all the quality documentation is kept safely and up to date. To continuously train and develop subordinates. To establish and implement effective PMG/IPQC program plant wide. To be responsible for plant wide internal quality audit program and coordinating customer and thirdparty audits. Responsibility and authority for assuring and facilitating compliance with environmental, health and safety laws, regulations and codes . To carry out any other duties as requested and instructed by the superior. Responsible for the effective management of environmental management system of his/herdepartment/ functions. Responsible for implementing & monitoring the effective of the environmental management systemof his / her department Requirements: Possess Degree in Engineering / Science / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent withmore than 10 years of working experience, preferably in electronic, manufacturing orsemiconductors industry. Possess effective leadership and managerial qualities. Able to analyze data and propose improvement plans. Experience in PCB/ PCBA/ Box Build. At least 3 years experience in managing CM. Preferable Chinese Mandarin speaker/ writer/ reader.
