Production, programme setup, parameters, data batch file, etc.attend users’ queries;gmeet with business users to guide users on the steps to perform the application creation in LOS system or to trace the problem / issues facing by userslogs production issue in vendor ticketing system - Clickup, follow up with the vendor for the fixesMonitor and track on the long ageing tickets ensure the tickets close with mutual agreement with the ticket creator.liaise with IT SME to find out the root cause of the system integration issues. Third party system ie.
