Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to develop a thorough understanding of AirAsia MOVE’s products, users, and acquisition channelsHelp execute projects to drive insights that lead to customer growth and help improve conversion funnelWork closely with cross functional stakeholders to anticipate analytics needs and to quantify the impact of existing features, future product changes, and marketing campaignsBuild custom dashboards to make key performance indicators and insights available to the relevant business unitsMonitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and A/B test resultsEffectively present and communicate analysis & recommendations to assist in driving business decisionsRequirements and Qualifications:BS/MS/PhD in a Business, IT, Mathematics, Science or Engineering discipline6 to 8 years relevant experience beyond first degreeStrong SQL skills for data analytics and a good understanding of statisticsGood working knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Suite, Git, Jira, ConfluenceAbility to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay termsAble to operate under pressure and changeAbility to manage, develop and improve internal processes projects through redesigning, automation, and optimization.Adeptly present trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets to stakeholders of various seniority, adapting your presentation material to suit the relevant audienceWilling to collaborate and work across functional and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment to develop an understanding of evolving/agile business needs.Openness to experimenting with new techniques and new ways of working.High adherence to Data Governance as data auditor for reports/dashboards, analytics and insights.Frequent training of end users on new reports and dashboards.Potentially guide/mentor junior team members in various facets of the jobApplicants with experience using Google Cloud Platform are highly favored.
