Responsibilities Manage a team of ITDM support staff to provide timely and effective support & troubleshooting for retail stores. Develop and implement procedures for task/issue resolution and escalation. Manage backend systems that related to inventory status, ensuring documents are updated on time to avoid system data discrepancy. Work closely with IT Software Development / App Support, ensuring the issue well reported/new system improvement Key skills Able to lead & motivate a large team of approximately 30+ staff Suggest new process improvement and work closely with IT Software Development. Solve problems with minimum supervision. Ability to adapt company process changes in current or future concepts. Able to lead & documented the new concepts process for ITDM staffs Requirement University Degree in IT, Management Information System, Business Information System or relevant major At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence management Fluent in both English and Mandarin Proven BI experience in MS SQL (+++) and visualization tools such as Excel (++) Good at Power Bi, SAP Business One, VB Script and crystal report Experienced working on Database Tuning and Maintenance in MS SQL
