- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience is an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Able to drive pickup (FWD) to plantation
- Able to conduct demo plots
- Able to communicate well with customers
- Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainably
- Develop interpersonal relationships with farmers, researchers, end users or consultants with emphasis on collaboration and promotion of product
- Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans
- Initiate sales contact, understand customer needs and present applicable products
- Increase customer based and grow sales volume
- Plan and carry out test plots for products at farms on a variety of crops
- Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Demonstrate leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience
- Salary Range: RM3000 - RM5000
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS included
- Medical & Annual Leave 14 days annual
