- Develop and execute business strategies to grow market presence in Sabah and Sarawak.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and projects in East Malaysia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with HQ teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth operations and support.
- Travel regularly to East Malaysia for meetings, site visits, and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local business practices, laws, and cultural norms.
- Track performance and report sales progress and market feedback to HQ.
