Attending regular MCMC Regional Meeting and provides updates and resolution for action items related to U Mobile. 4G + 5G post optimization. VIP and customer complain resolution. About You Possess a degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Minimum 10 years' working experience in RF Planning and Optimization. Strong ability to resolve network quality issues, supported by hands-on experience in network optimization and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN architecture and solutions. Proficient in configuring and analyzing radio network parameters for 4G and 5G during both pre- and post-optimization stages. Skilled in radio network troubleshooting and effective problem identification. Experienced in vendor engagement and issue escalation, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborative in cross-department teamwork, especially in managing and resolving RAN-related issues. Proven capability to develop and implement strategies and processes that drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.
